Yes. Her body looks more natural now. I would maybe tweak the shoulders a bit. They look a little choppy. You should be able to fix that easily by rotating the L and R clavicle [down] and then moving her arms back into place and maybe twisting them a little. However, that may not be so noticeable depending on the clothing your Sim is wearing. The feet and body are perfect as they are, imo. :WinkLikeAStalk

Hi, I've come to a problem :IEmbarrassedMy

I downloaded everything, and when I go into Blender after saving the S3PE I can't see the "Sims 3 Animation" thingy.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

..So where are we supposed to put the pose/animation we make in S3PE? Or do we just save it? Thanks Smile

Hey, I ran into the same problem. If you followed her instructions in step 1 on installation then what version of blender do you have? If you have anything but 2.63 then this won't work (trust me, I tried on all the versions of 2.6 xD)
I have a link if you would like to download 2.63:

If that doesn't work, did you install the animation addon?

I just read the link for thumbnails, but To put a pose in your list on your game, do you need a thumb nail for it? or can you just not have a thumbnail...?

You'll need a thumbnail for it or it'll just be a blue box. It helps people to know which pose it is.

One Question: I'm trying to make a poselist for my game (sorry if I'm not supposed to put it here) and the PoseBoxFlareGenarator.exe opens, and closes 5 seconds later without giving me a 15-digit number :DroolOnMyShoes Any answers? :CircleDotCircl :IHasHeadache:

(I've read the "How to" too :IEmbarrassedMy )

It's supposed to generate an .dll file in the same location as the PoseBoxFlareGenerator. It doesn't open anything. It shows a box and then closes and there should be a 15 digit dll file in the same folder as the Generator. Here's a screenshot:

Just copy that number [including .dll].

.One more question XD (it's about the pose list again, I did it the 1st time, now I'm super confused the second) :ButIIsCute:

So, what do they mean when "they" say: "Select the pose tags file you have just created." (when exporting the pose package)

Thanks Smile

Add the pose packages you made with Blender and S3PE. The same way you added the photos only go to Resources > Import > From .package and choose the pose files you're adding to the pack. I do them one at a time. I'm not 100% sure if you can add them all at once. And then you should just be able to continue from there. XD

do you know what to do when you go into your game to test your pose, type in the name perfectly, then my sim stands there, perfectly still like she is in a pose. She isn't in the pose I made and doesn't even go into starfish mode...

I really wish I could use poses, but being a Mac user, Mods don't always work quite the same way as they do for PC users.

Sometimes you'll have to try about 3 times before the Sim does the pose, and other times it's a misspelling, even if you're not aware of it. If you don't type in the name exactly as it was when you first exported and renamed it from S3PE [before making the pose] then it won't work. I usually copy and paste the name of the tag or write it down somewhere in case I forget something. Another reason could be that you forgot to place the pose in your Mods folder. I've done that a few times...

This is a question about the thumbnails... Where do I get the pose box flare generator?

2 questions.
1. To make sitting/ laying down poses, is there a way to know the right height for them?
2. When making group poses, is there a way to know where the other people's shoulders and everything are to align everyone right?

For groups, you can do two Sims at a time [as far as I know] and you can also make a sitting pose by importing an object. I have a link saved for a tutorial for that, but it's on my other computer and it hates me right now =/

But for sitting poses, most people just place the sim on the ground because people usually use the OMSP to change their height and you don't have to worry about over shooting it so the sim doesn't fit in a chair or something, because currently once OMSP goes underground it can't be moved so people can't really move the Sims down if on the ground. It's a lot easier to move them up.
